Dr. GALAZ is awesome. I am 29 from MS I never had a broken bone are down at surgery the nurses and everyone was very patient with me I am actually still in the hospital I am being let go today. For any physical updates just follow my IG: td.aj. One thing I am learning is trusting people and you can really trust the doctors at los Angels as well as Dr Galaz and his staff to do their job they are very awesome and I really do appreciate them so much. But the real hero is GOD the night before I prayed and I was like if I have to put the breaks on it send me a sign I don't know the exact verse, but it said "SURELY God is my salvations, so I should trust him and not be afraid" that was all I needed all glory be to do God always!

I wish I Could rate Dr.Galaz and his team 100+ Stars 🌟 I am 2 months post op tummy tuck lipo and bbl and my results are Just beyond what I had imagined. My experience with Dr Galaz and his team was amazing. He provided  personalized attention and care. He explained very detail of the surgery and healing process. Overall, I am very satisfied with my results and I am glad I chose Dr. Galaz to do my surgery. After losing over 100 lbs, I had a lot of excess skin and wanted to address my midsection, which was not a straight forward in my specific case. I consulted several other surgeons in the United States, Tijuana and in Guadalajara. I decided to go with Dr. Galaz because he gave me the best approach to address my specific problems. My case was not easy, but Dr. Galaz delivered. The process was very smooth. The hospital stay was also great. It was clean and the nursing staff were amazing. Dr. Rivera, who provided some of the post op care was also amazing. She provided great after care education and support. I was impressed with the post-op medical management. He is very handsome and professional although I'm English speaking be did communicate with me in English his staff used Google on somethings. I seen his ig work and it looked good. I didnt find any negative reviews.  I like the fact that he wanted to do his own test instead of me trying to conduct in states and get to him.  He was very honest about the results I should expect based on I didnt want a tummy tuck.  My results were reasonably ok. I had my sugery August 2024. aMy care with him and the hospital  he uses for surgeries was great.  I had to sign paperwork at hospital it was all in Spanish  I was hoping I didn't sign my life away. Lol I did find out the last minute that he uses epidural during his surgeries  and that was my concerns because I didn't want any back issues and a little over a month I did develop lower back pain all down the legs.   My primary doctor stated it was sciatica ..I also  had a follow up with Dr Galvez vis zoom to tell him what i am experience and he just said I hope you get better I have more to say but I'll pass.. I wanted to share my incredible experience with Dr. Galaz, from the beginning to weeks after surgery. I had some procedures done by Dr. Galaz, and the level of care he provided was exceptional. He performs surgeries at one of the best and most well-known hospitals in Tijuana, Hospital Angeles Tijuana. Dr. Galaz is board-certified and specializes in both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Choosing the right care was a decision I didn’t take lightly. I spent 1.5 years consulting with over seven different surgeons and attending multiple consultations, but I wasn’t sure until I met Dr. Galaz. I couldn’t be more grateful. Day Before Surgery:
I checked into Hospital Angeles Tijuana around 5 pm and was greeted by very kind nurses and staff. I underwent several tests, including an X-ray, EKG, and bloodwork. All of these results were provided to me by the public affairs team when I was discharged. They also gave me a usb with all test that were done. I was also welcomed with the cutest bag full of goodies (shampoo, toothbrush, slippers, etc.). Morning of Surgery:
Around 10 am, on the day of my surgery, I met with Dr. Galaz again, as well as his colleague, Dr. Sigler, a general and bariatric surgeon who assisted during the procedure. Dr. Galaz marked my body as part of his preparation. It was during this time that I also met the entire OR team, who were amazing, including the anesthesiologist. The surgery was lengthy, and since I was alone, my family was in constant communication with the team throughout the day. After Surgery:
While I was in the recovery room, my husband called the doctor via WhatsApp. Dr. Galaz was able to explain how the surgery went and answered all of his questions. The fact that Dr. Galaz is bilingual was a huge plus, as my husband doesn’t speak Spanish. Day After Surgery:
Surprisingly, I was in no pain. My total time at the hospital was 3 days (2 nights, including the night before surgery). I never had to ask the hospital staff for anything, whether it was medication or extra medical supplies. The housekeeping staff cleaned my room at least three times a day (although I didn’t use the restroom) lol They were fantastic!
Later in the morning, another doctor who works with Dr. Galaz and a nurse came to visit me to help put me into my faja (that’s when the liquid starts coming out as you begin moving!). Aftercare:
Dr. Galaz met me at discharge and answered any remaining questions. Whenever I’ve called Dr. Galaz, he always reaches out and I’ve been able to meet with him or have my questions answered. I’ve been getting post op massages by Dr. Galaz nurses and those have been amazing as well. Very professional and helpful. What really stood out was Dr. Galaz’s ability to make me feel completely at ease, especially being in Mexico and by myself. My safety and well-being were never a concern. I felt supported and cared for every step of the way. Dr. Galaz has over 9 years of experience, including his training, and his stitching is outstanding!
